RPZ Advogados was born and flourished during the global crisis

The decision to set up a new office in the midst of the uncertainties generated by Covid-19 may come as a surprise. However, despite these uncertainties, our convictions are more important: to build a work space in which, in addition to the uncompromising defense of the interests of our Clients and the use of the best professional technique, ethics, respect for partners, lawyers, interns and employees, as well as good rules of compliance, conduct and governance prevail.

Firm in these convictions and confident that the destruction caused by Covid-19 can also bring new beginnings, our team, made up of Dennys Zimmermann, Carla Padilha, Felipe Reis, Nicole Priuli, Felipe Rosa, Bruno Melo, Fabio Tolmasquin and Paula Abranches, in addition to other collaborators, decided to open our own Office.

In addition, we count on the valuable participation of Professor Sergio Cavalieri Filho, one of the leading Brazilian authorities in Civil Law, and of Leonardo Fiad, who are part of our society as consultants.

We began our activities with a fully installed structure that complies with all compliance, data security, and social and environmental responsibility regulations at both headquarters, in Rio de Janeiro and SP.

Our expertise in consulting, claims regulation, regulatory issues and judicial, arbitral and administrative litigation for Insurers, Reinsurers and other insurance/reinsurer market players is now available to everyone who knows our work or not, and we hope that those who know and approve the quality of our services will be surprised by the possibility of further expanding our national and international professional practice.
