Nicole Priuli

Nicole Priuli is a graduate of the Brazilian Capital Market Institute (IBMEC), where she also obtained her LLM in Corporate Law and Capital Markets. He also took several courses, including American Law and Management and Team Leadership, both offered by FGV.

Nicole works in the firm's advisory area, specializing in civil liability, property, and engineering risk.

Nicole also works in the regulatory area; providing legal advice to insurance companies, foreign reinsurers, as well as to (re) insurance brokers. The most recurring topics in this area refer to the draft/review of clauses, registration/renewal of foreign (re) insurance and reinsurers, opinions, and compliance with regulatory standards.
