At RPZ Advogados, we believe in the importance of a plurality of ideas and experiences for the personal and professional growth of our employees. We seek to promote a welcoming, inclusive and open environment for dialogue, where all voices can be heard.

Although we do not yet have a formal diversity center, we actively encourage our professionals to bring ideas and content that contribute to the continuous advancement of this agenda within the office.

We are associated with the Brazilian Institute for the Defense of Nature (IBDN), an organization that promotes environmental education as a tool for social transformation. Through this partnership, we support the projects:

• Protectors of Nature — aimed at the formation of a new ecological citizenship among young people and adolescents;

• Clean Attitude — which promotes cleaning actions and community engagement.

In addition, our headquarters are located in the first commercial building in Brazil to use photovoltaic panels for own electric power generation. With this, we meet the main sustainability requirements, such as:

• Selective collection and recycling;

• Energy efficiency and use of renewable sources;

• Optimization of water consumption;

• Reverse logistics and carbon footprint reduction;

• Environmental criteria in the selection of suppliers.
