Dennys Zimmermann holds a master's degree from UERJ, with a thesis in Surety Bonds. He is a Professor of Civil Law, focusing on insurance and reinsurance contracts, at PUC-Rio, FGV and UFRJ. Dennys is a regular speaker at conferences.
He acts as a consultant for national and international insurers and reinsurers, as well as assisting in the preparation of wordings and development of new products and services, and also, contributed to the introduction of several products in the Brazilian market such as Cyber, Crime, K&R, D&O, R&W, Offshore and other sophisticated insurances, as well as working on regulatory matters, litigation and loss adjustments.
Throughout his career, Dennys has specialized in the insurance and reinsurance field, focused on Large Loses and is one of the few lawyers in Brazil with practical knowledge of Cyber and M&A Insurance.
Dennys is the managing and technical partner of the firm.
