CNSP Resolution No. 415/2021 and Susep Circular No. 635/2021

Last week, SUSEP published in the Federal Official Gazette CNSP Resolution No. 415/2021 and SUSEP Circular No. 635/2021 with more information about Open Insurance, which aims to facilitate the creation of new products, guaranteeing safety and bringing more control to consumers, whether individuals or legal entities.

In addition, it will be integrated with Open Finance, ensuring a greater reach to the population with affordable prices and in a transparent manner.

The biggest news are the conditions that allow the sharing of data with other insurance companies or third parties for the development of new services according to the needs of each specific case.
