Public Consultation

Following the Open Insurance concept, which seeks to facilitate and democratize regulatory regulations and Circulars issued by the National Council for Private Insurance - CNSP and SUSEP, they are currently open for public consultation:

(i) the draft circular on the acceptance and validity of insurance and on the issuance and minimum elements of contractual documents, (ii) SUSEP Circular No. 624, on the conditions for optional registration and for the mandatory registration of personal injury insurance and insurance transactions and (iii) the CNSP Draft Resolution amending CNSP Resolution No. 194, which addresses the registration of a potential reinsurer specialized in nuclear risks and on the maximum assignment limit to potential reinsurers.
