Aiming at reducing civil actions against airlines, the National Justice Council, together with the National Consumer Secretariat, the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and associations of airline companies, launched this Tuesday (25/05/2021) an educational booklet for passengers on domestic and international flights, addressing the most common situations experienced by passengers and what to do in the face of certain misfortunes.

According to @ABEAR, currently 98.5% of lawsuits against airlines worldwide are pending in Brazil, causing overcrowding in the courts with issues that could be prevented or easily resolved through other means, such as the Consumidor.gov.br platform.
