Rodolfo Mazzini

Rodolfo Mazzini holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo, a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, and an LL.M. in Insurance Law from the University of Connecticut. He has extensive experience providing contractual and regulatory consulting to insurers, reinsurers, financial institutions, and large corporations on complex operations, claims, and strategic litigation involving large risks, with an emphasis on surety, civil liability, and property insurance. He also advises on the development of insurance products, including operational risks, D&O, E&O, IMI, Cyber, Parametric, and M&A. He is a member of the Insurance, Reinsurance, and Supplementary Pension Commission of the IASP.
