Ana Paula Evaristo

Lawyer graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas). She is currently pursuing an MBA in Legal Management, Insurance Contracts and Innovation at the School of Business and Insurance (ENS).

He has solid experience in civil litigation, with an emphasis on Insurance Law, especially in the areas of compensation (electrical damage insurance and transportation), award enforcement, and rural insurance. He also worked in the consultative area focused on reimbursement, developing technical analyses and legal strategies for recovering credits.

It is currently in transition to the area of claims regulation, focusing on cases involving Civil Liability, expanding its activities in the insurance sector with an integrated view between litigation and regulation.
